Or how about a special Valentine's evening screening of Casablanca, one of Hollywood’s most-loved romantic melodramas, at Norden Farm in Maidenhead.

Archives Unlocked in the Library of St George's Chapel 
 
Tucked away in the chapel at Windsor Castle are the lesser known treasures: the Archives and Chapter Library. These historic collections date back from the mid-12th centuary and are now housed in a 15th Centuary Hall equiped to store such treasures safely 
The Chapter Library houses 6,000+ rare books including some of the earliest printed material in Britain.. Alongside the theological works are world atlases,bokks on history,, medicine, the arts, mathematics, the classics, bibliography, law and natural history 
This srping there are two opportunitues to view the collection - Saturday 2nd March and 20th April, the latter includes a lecture from Richard Day, the former Ryal Bookbinder. Tickets are available through Eventbrits 
 
Windsor Farmers Market - Saturday 3rd February 9am - 1pm 
Discover a rich and abundant range of local fresh produce, artisan delicacies and homemade crafts on your doorstep in the Royal Borough. 
 
Freshly-baked breads, locally-grown fruits and vegetables, charcuterie, cheeses, raw honey as well as artisan crafts. 
 
Windsor Farmers' Market is part of the Thames Valley Farmers' Market Co-operative which is a not-for-profit organisation and developed in association with the Windsor & Eton Town Partnership. The monthly market takes place in Windsor's Bachelors Acre. 
 
Ascot farmers Market (Ascot Racecourse Car Park3) takes place on the 18th February 9am - 1pm

Open-top bus tours of Windsor 
Hop on board one of our open-top double decker sightseeing buses, courtesy of Golden Tours. It's the perfect way to see the local attractions and to discover a bit more of the wider area which includes Eton, Datchet and Windsor Farm Shop. 
 
Tickets are valid for 24 hours and there are 11 hop-on, hop-off stops on the circular tour so you can jump off, explore more then pick up a later bus. 
 
Or stay on board the full 60 minutes and learn more from the commentary (available in 11 languages). 
 
Boat Trips on the River Thames at Windsor 
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the river and the relaxed pace of a guided tour on the River Thames.
